We recently purchased this 8-plex in Estherville and are in the process of thoughtfully transforming each apartment to meet the needs of travelers and short term workers. Our mission is to provide clean, comfortable, and safe housing that feels like home, even when you're away from yours. There are 9 steps to get into this 2 room apartment. 1 Room now has queen bed and the 2nd has a twin bed.

These are basic but well-maintained apartments, and we’re continually improving them week by week. Offering quality housing to travelers is our full-time commitment, and we take pride in doing it right.
We strive to keep our rates affordable while still providing added amenities that make your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the well thought out decor& cleanliness. . We are not use to.a. firm mattress so would suggest getttinng a memory foam to make it more comfortable. The host Sherry was very attentive & quick to respond . I would recommend this place if you’re going to Okoboji area .

Thank you for your visit and your review. If you ever visit again, the coffee pot is in the cabinet next to the stove. Ground coffee is in the drawer- black bags with the kcups etc.

With each apartment being 700 square feet, we are able charge travelers a reasonable rate while covering our overhead. Its safe, comfortable and wont break your travel budget.
