Located in the heart of a picturesque Tuscan village, Casa Mario is surrounded by restaurants, bars, a wine shop, supermarket, butcher, and bakery — all within walking distance. Every morning, you can step outside and enjoy a true Italian breakfast and fresh coffee.

The home combines the independence of a private holiday house with the services usually found in agriturismos. Guests can book extras such as private wine tastings, grocery delivery, and personalized dinners prepared by local chefs.

Despite the peaceful setting, all major Tuscan cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena are within easy driving distance. The sandy beaches of the Tuscan coast are just 15 minutes away.

Casa Mario stands out thanks to its unique painted mural, making your stay not only comfortable but also memorable.

The house is equipped with high-quality portable air conditioning units. From summer 2025, fixed air conditioning will be available.

There is ample free parking near the property. A local bus stops nearby, and we offer pick-up services from Cecina train station or Pisa Airport on request.

Families are welcome. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request, and additional child-friendly items can be provided depending on your needs.

While Casa Mario does not have a private garden, several outdoor terraces are available. Directly across the street is a small square with benches and a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The house has two broad staircases — one leading to the living room and kitchen, and another to the sleeping area above.

Flexible check-in and check-out times are possible. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and may incur a fee. A luggage storage service is also available if needed.

Twice a year, the village hosts a local festival — we will inform you in advance so you can enjoy the authentic experience.
