Spacious 2 Bedroom 2 bath. One full bathtub, the master has a walk-in shower and a full vanity. Large master bedroom with a full-size bed, walking room, recliner, and its own terrace. The Florida living room is spacious as well with twin 12 ft sliding doors to the 25 ft balcony overlooking the intercostal waterway. Full Kitchen with all amenities Also equipped dining area with 3 high-top chairs for the breakfast bar for easy dining experiences. The resort-style pool area is only one building away with the beach directly outside the entrance door. Your assigned parking is conveniently located in front of the elevator making easy access to the condo unit. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, and the living room has a queen-sized pullout bed. Hanging on the 25 ft terrace with 6 chairs and a table, listen to the music from across the channel as the waves from the currents soothe every soul.
Guest access
You will have full access to the pool and its amenities, parking, our peaceful beach, volleyball court, and shuffleboard, and we provide a few beach chairs for your convenience. In addition, there are tennis courts for use too Also provided is an channel-side picnic area providing you with a charcoal barbeque for some good solid family gatherings.
