Welcome to our little hideaway! nestled in the first corner of the neighborhood this home provides ample space for quiet and privacy with only one neighbor on one end. This is the perfect house to enjoy some time with friends and family while playing games outside and enjoying a nice BBQ. Great way to get away without going far, and is less than 12min away from Historic Roswell and some of the many wedding venues in the area.

We needed to accommodate 7 family members. The house was very comfortable for a large group. The house was clean and well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable and the very nice linens. The backyard was not as expansive as the picture shows but very adequate. It was nice to have a covered patio with comfortable furniture. The gas grill was in great condition which we enjoyed. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was lovely.

Overflowing trash that smelled, broken tp fixture, dead flowers, very used couch no pretty pillows like in photos, ice maker didn't work, very little lighting, back yard completely overgrown and the games were in terrible condition, not usable at all. The worst part for me was when I brought my Dad home from the hospital and turned down his bed, the sheets were dirty, wrinkled and clearly used. I was mortified. There were NO working smoke alarms, there were places on the wall for 2, but only one was there and it was disabled. We had to go purchase a battery to make sure we had some kind of protection. I notified the owner of all of these things, he offered a partial refund, but never followed through. Bait and switch. I would never stay there again.

We were not allowed to fix any issues until after the stay by the guests. We were ready to fix any of it within 24 hours of them notifying us. What was verifiable and true was corrected immediately after they left, these were a broken lamp and a new smoke alarm. There are no real flowers in our home so it's hard for them to be dead. If all of these things had been true we would've given a full refund right away. Unfortunately, people do exist that book and then complain to try and get a free stay out of hosts. We were already being asked for money before we were even given any chance to correct any mistakes. Hosts beware and be careful.
