Large deck off living room, Spacious patio off master bedroom. Air conditioned. Beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, along with beach towels open the path to fun at the beach. Wonderful community amenities within 100 feet - tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tubs. Clubhouse locker room, fitness center, library and putting green. Central location 3 miles to La Jolla village center and Pacific Beach. Minutes to beaches. Easy on/off I-5. 15 minutes to downtown and airport or to Torrey Pines Golf Course/Sea World/San Diego Zoo/downtown San Diego/Del Mar/North County. HOA maintained landscape. Minimum 30-day rental. Included, one cleaning per rental. Additional house cleaning available upon request for additional cost. No pets. Utilities included up to $200/month. Single car space available inside garage (no large vehicles). Enjoy, relax and vacation in beautiful La Jolla.
