Welcome to The Citizen Suite, a beautiful, stylish apartment right in the center of downtown Lancaster City! Located only minutes away from most of the restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown, The Citizen Suite has the atmosphere of a luxury hotel with the comfort of a small home.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. The only shared common space is the main hallway leading up the building.

Complimentary parking is provided for guests in the East King St Parking Garage (a block and a half away).
- There are no pets allowed at this home. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
