We chose this property because of the uniqueness of Glendale and the opportunity to be of the few short term rental locations in the community.
What makes this property unique
This property feels like a stand alone home with the privacy of the back yard but is in fact connected to a local shop that guests can wake up and be only a few steps away from. This property allows guests to be within walking distance of anything in downtown Glendale!
