Comfort and Location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week at Indian Rocks Beach. The Marquise was a large and spacious condo directly on the beach. Clean,comfortable, easy check-in, and located near many restaurants.

Great, super clean place to stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. 2 balconies. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans and small appliances you would ever need while staying. 2 nd floor so there are some steps as there is no elevator.

Beachfront Getaway
Condo is very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, etc. Conveniently located within walking distance to 7 restaurants, coffee shops, CVS drugstore, beach shops. Trolley stop right in front of condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only caveat is no elevator and condo is on top floor, so may not be suitable for those with physical limitations.

Well appointed.
Condo was clean and as described, well appointed, especially the kitchen. The stairs were a bit difficult to navigate, not a problem for the young and physically fit. Location was a bit noisy -close to the road/traffic. If you're into shelling, this beach didn't have much really. Not too far from Passe a Grille though which is a great area to shell.
