The trailer was very clean inside and it was quite atmosphere until the freight trains started rolling in at all hrs off the night scared the wife and kids but over all the place was nice just located next to train makes it hard to sleep

Very nicely done remodel. Jonathan is a great host. He’s very responsive and accommodating. The only negative (out of his control) was a barking dog right by the bedroom window and chickens running around. We travel to Kingfisher every couple of months to visit family and will most likely stay here again.

Property is a single wide mobile, so not fancy but functional and clean. There are few options in kingfisher but the neighbors here were friendly and welcoming. The bad... the train comes every morning at 2am, horn a blaring, the neighbors chickens on my truck multiple times, and the WiFi came back as unpaid so no WiFi. The host was fine but I think 3 stars is pretty generous.
