A stylish mud room doubles as a laundry area and coffee bar, complete with a mini fridge and wine cooler—perfect for morning brews and evening wind-downs.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis with seating around a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a wagon for easy beach going and parking for up to 3 cars. Need more space?
