Relax around the backyard fire pit and garden, or enjoy dining al fresco beside the pool. A stunning bay beach is a short walk away—perfect to swim, paddle board, kayak, or watch the sunrise or sunset. Southampton Town ocean beaches are minutes away by car! Walk to Main Street to pick up bagels at Goldberg's, or visit a range of main street restaurants & markets, from Italian to Sushi. Westhampton is 7 min by car, as is Hampton Bays, or walk to the park to enjoy an outdoor concert on the village green. Newly gut-renovated with all new appliances, you will be living in comfort & style!

What makes this property unique

This home is often described by guests as “stylish” and “happy”! I don’t know if it’s the light-filled contemporary design, the garden views, the wildlife - ducks, osprey, rabbits, swans - the backyard firepit and swimming pool, or the fresh, bay air. The house is peaceful and private, and yet walkable to everything. Somehow it all comes together in this luxurious oasis designed for both entertaining and relaxing.
