The space was really good. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was missing a couple of essentials... Can opener, strainer and a spatula (we left a strainer and spatula). And the dishes could have been cleaner. I feel the "fenced" yard was misrepresented (and not clarified when I emailed and asked about it). It looks like it is the space you see in the pic - which is not fully fenced and shared. The fully fenced section to this unit is behind it and approx 5 feet wide. We had a very busy trip and the location worked great for us. However, when we did have time to decompress and relax, we were often not able to use the TV. It would just pop out of whatever we were watching. And at one point, would only play in black and white. I called the number provided in the unit a few times and kept getting told they were working on getting another one for us, but they never did.
