Two clean and fully stocked bathrooms, one on each level of the home. All bathrooms have bright lighting, large mirrors, and shower/bathtub combination. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

★ KITCHEN & DINING AREAS ★

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Visit the coffee station with a large drip coffee maker as well as a nice brew.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The indoor dining room and table offer seating for up to 12 guests! The outdoor dining table can seat at least 10.

The house has a spacious fenced-in backyard for your use with a patio, 10 person outdoor dining table, lounge, fire pit, a brand new grill. Watch movies on a 100" screen, play cornhole/bags (provided), Badminton, enjoy a fire, light up the BBQ, and enjoy the famous CO weather!

The game space is perfect for adults and kids alike! P mini pingpong table, foosball table, electronic darts, board games, and puzzles.

Soccer Club Summer Stay

Came up to Denver for a sports tournament and as team manager was hosting several teen age players along with my own son on the Team, found this place on Vrbo and was desirable due to the number of beds. When we got there the home was quite a bit smaller then expected (Honestly being from Texas and used to Texas size homes from average Denver may be a little jaded in comparison). However, the host did a great job with the space and was able to fit a lot of beds and amenities comfortably. The stay was actually very pleasant. We ended up getting knocked out of our tournament and decided to stay the full time we had booked instead of going back home, and we really enjoyed the property a lot that day. There were so many activities to do. The kids and teenagers played badminton and other backyard games, mini ping-pong, ect…while I BBQ’ed. Later in the evening we enjoyed an outdoor movie with the backyard projector and spacious couch, while making snores on the backyard fire pit. Memorial time and trip for sure. Really appreciate the great family memories. Thank you so much to this great host and what a wonderful job putting this Vrbo together.
