Be one of many who have stayed in this light and bright condo in the heart of Carlsbad Village. (Carlsbad STVR#1242819) Total remodel is finished creating a light, bright, open space. The theme of light and bright is realized with mainly creamy whites and aquamarine blues to lend a feeling of calm.... complimented with splashes of bright, happy colors that exude FUN! This unit is a desirable END unit. No one is above, below, or on one side!!

Walk out the door and you are within 1 block of one of California's most desired beaches- a six mile stretch of white sand with a well designed boardwalk for walking or running. Explore the unique boutiques, restaurants and entertainment just steps away in Carlsbad Village. Outdoor concerts, unique shopping, fabulous restaurants, street fairs, and even a marathon are a sampling of the varied activities to enjoy.

The condo feels fresh and clean with new everything! We have tile floors in the main living area/bathroom, and warmer wood floors in the bedroom. Sink into the new king size bed with high quality mattress and linens to feel totally cozy and comfortable. There is also a high quality, slipcovered queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Put all dishes in dishwasher and start it. Take all trash and recycle out.

I very much enjoyed time to myself after a week with family at Thanksgiving. Walking to both the Village or the beach was only steps away and no car needed!

It was very clean but sheets had stains which was disconcerting and the WiFi worked intermittently. I think if I realized it was that close to the coaster I would have not booked it’s super loud

So sorry you experienced this. Our amazing housekeepers noted the stain on the sheet but said she was able to get it out. Then texted and said the stain remover left a stain on the edge. I wasn't aware she used that sheet as we have others. I will investigate. We haven't any issue with the Wi-Fi as we got the most powerful available, so people can work remotely if necessary. I will check the online usage data from Spectrum to see if there were any issues. I appreciate you letting me know. The Train is a living breathing part of all coastal communities in North County San Diego. It is mentioned in our description and in other people's reviews. Great Location

We had an excellent experience with the property owner. The property is very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and the beach. Will definitely go back!

Nice beach apartment

If you want a good location for access to beach, bars and restaurants, this is a perfect place. The supply of beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards was a nice feature! However, be prepared for train whistles. Would stay here again!

Great Place in a Great Town

Very happy with the stay. Close to beach, close to village restaurants. Well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Wish it was not so close to the train tracks as the Coaster starts early in the morning, but obviously not something the owner controls.

The location is superb - a short walk to the beach yet equally close to Carlsbad’s downtown, which is quaint with multiple choices of restaurants. They clearly enjoyed decorating their “apartment” with a seaside mermaid theme. The heat pumps operation was confusing, but got them to work. Overall, a very nice stay.

Carlsbad Trip

This is our second stay at this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time. The condo is so cute, has everything you need, has the perfect location within walking distance of the village and great restaurants, and the beach. You couldn’t ask for more!

We are a family of 6, living in Oregon. Timothy grew up surfing in San Diego and has dreamed of someday returning to the sun, the beach and to his family. This condo is our first step toward that dream! Although the condo is not large enough for the 6 of us, we have a plan so that we can all enjoy a little time in our paradise!

Why they chose this property

After driving the coastline looking for the ideal spot, we drove into Carlsbad Village, looked at the condo and we just knew it was right!. It has the same small, quaint, safe feel of the community of our Oregon beach house.....unique and artsy, fun blend of old and new, casual, friendly.....with one distinguishing factor: SUN!

What makes this property unique

This place is in the heart of the best beach community in San Diego County. This condo is in a small complex and feels like a home, rather than a large corporate condo complex. The Village has numerous restaurants, boutique shops, amazing beaches, super friendly people and is centrally located to many activities North and South. There is a certain vibe here that can only be experienced. Come check it out.
