Located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The perfect home away from home. We are just minutes away from many hospitals and walking distance to Forest Park.

We want to ensure you have a wonderful stay in our beautiful unit. To maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules:
No Smoking: To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. Smoking on the patio is also not allowed, as it is a shared area with other guests. If you wish to smoke, please do so downstairs outside the gate. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservation and a fine.
Guest Policy: If you plan to have any additional guests during your stay, please contact us in advance for approval. Unauthorized guests may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we discover unregistered guests on the premises. This includes third-party bookings or when the number of guests exceeds what is listed in the reservation. Ensuring accurate guest information helps us provide the best experience and avoid complications.
No Parties: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not permit parties or large gatherings. Please respect this policy, as it ensures a tranquil environment for all guests. If a party is detected, your booking will be cancelled, you will be fined $2,000, no refund will be given, and the authorities may be contacted to remove guests from the property for trespassing.
Security: Your safety is our priority. Tampering with or concealing the front door camera is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Other materials can cause plumbing issues that may lead to extra charges during your stay.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Early Check-In: Available for $30 per hour. This helps cover the added cost of preparing the space ahead of schedule.
Late Check-Out: If arranged in advance, the fee is $30 per hour.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: If not pre-approved, a $100 fee applies.
No Hosting of Locals: To protect the integrity and security of our property, we do not accept reservations from local residents. These may be subject to cancellation.
