The Apartment is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the center of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.
Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public.

Important Information!!: The road in front of the residence is closed because of a market every Friday from 07:00 – 14:00. In July and August, every Tuesday, the road is also closed because of the evening market, with live music, from 17:00 – 24:00. For Friday departures there is parking near the residence.

How to arrive:: By Auto:
•From A4 motorway take Desenzano exit. Keep to this road following the signs for Padenghe del Garda, Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda.
•When you arrive at the double roundabout for Manerba del Garda
•At the first roundabout take the right exit.
•At the second roundabout take the second right exit.
•In 200 mt. you will come to a fork, take the right fork onto November IV street.
•Follow this to the end going straight on at the roundabout.
•At the T-junction turn left onto Via D'Annunzio.
•At the second T-junction turn left again onto Via Marchesini.
•This takes you to the Piazza San Bernardo Where you turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto.
•After 500 mt. Bellavista Residence is on the right hand side. You have arrived.
