Low star rating based on not having hot water in master bath shower, not being able to control thermostat and not having or being able to add YouTube tv to the Roku due to password being required. Batteries in living room Roku remote were also dead. Otherwise. Very clean, great place and host communicated well.

The listing says “entire home,” but there is actually another apartment on the property, which affects privacy. While the units have separate entrances, you can hear through the walls and the windows of the other apartment face the backyard. This information was only shared the day before arrival when cancellation was no longer possible, so it would be better if the listing were clearer.The furniture inside the house is very minimal. The bedrooms only have one nightstand for the king beds, and there are no surfaces or tables for personal items except for the kitchen table. The bathroom connected to the main bedroom is extremely small and could be uncomfortable for larger guests. Additionally, the shower water never got truly hot—only lukewarm—even after adjusting the boiler to the highest setting.Despite these issues, the place was very clean and the host responds quickly. I suggest updating the listing to clearly mention the separate apartment so guests know what to expect. With clearer listing details and a few improvements to furniture and water heating, this could be a much better stay for future guests.
