Tri-level 2700 square foot luxury with a great floor plan! The upper level boasts wood-flooring & beams, huge windows with natural light and views each direction. There are two decks, one off the kitchen & one off the living, to enjoy the mountain freshness. The modern, yet cozy living space, boasts a river rock gas fireplace. The soft contemporary furnishings make the home ideal. 60inch smart TV plus WiFi throughout. Our open concept dining area comfortably seats 10. The chef's kitchen has granite countertops, a 6-burner gas range, oven, oversized refrigerator and huge prep island. The entry level hosts the primary suite with king bed and elegant linens, a private marble bath with double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. The mudroom is well-equipped with storage lockers, hooks, benches and even a convertible, queen bed perfect for a babysitter or teen. The lower level, king bedroom is a lovely guest escape. The double bedroom hosts an en suite bath. The bunk room holds a queen lower bed and double upper. The separate den has a smart TV, games, puzzles, and a queen sleeper. A great place for teens to gather.

Gorgeous view of the mountain!

We had a wonderful stay, easy walk to town, kitchen was well equipped and shuttle to Aspen and Snowmass very convenient. Definitely would consider staying again on our next trip to the area.

Great stay in Aspen with a good location.

Our group of 5 guys (ski bums) enjoyed staying here. Location good with access to bus system to other mountains while we walked into town for dinner. Great house and well equipped.

Amazing stay right in the heart of aspen

Christina’s property was impeccable! The house is clean, tidy, exactly like the photos but the design is even lovelier in person. We especially loved how convenient the location was to downtown and the beautiful quick walk it takes to get there as well as the super convenient bus routes that can also take you to/from in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this property, we’ll be looking into it again next time we visit Aspen!

Already making plans to visit next year

A beautiful spacious property... well-stocked house in every respect... a responsive owner. We, a three-generation family, spent two wonderful weeks at the property. The property is at least as good as the photos depict. It is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the bedroom, stroller, and scooters. The stroller was special because we could avoid taking a flimsy portable stroller. The owner was exceptionally responsive even when there was a property manager involved. We communicated directly with her. She took care of every question we had. The location is exceptional. It is not in town but close enough to walk. The bus stop for the free shuttle is less than 100 yards away. The we-cycle bicycle stand is 120 yards away. If you have kids, the closest park is only 100 yards away, Herron Park is just a five-minute walk, and John Denver Sanctuary is seven minutes. The area is quiet. If we have to find a fault, the basement is a little dark, so there is insufficient natural light in the basement bedrooms. However, the master bedroom is spectacular. All look recently refurbished.

We are a family of 5 from Texas that adores the mountains. Our three, teenage children love to ski and love the summers even more. Aspen has always been the ideal escape for us. We love the outdoors, but want the world-class food and entertainment that Aspen offers.

Why they chose this property

After years of searching, we knew this was our home. The location is perfect! We can walk to our favorite park, we are on the bus route and we have enough space to entertain our family and guests. I really enjoy the separate living spaces for families.

What makes this property unique

I wanted the home to feel like a mountain retreat, but also a bit modern. I love the contrast of the two. This home has the comforts of a traditional setting with the visual interest of contemporary furnishings. And did we mention the views? Book for the Fourth of July or New Year's Eve to enjoy your private Ajax mountain fireworks show!
