Cozy 3-bedroom 2-bath house in Central East Austin w/ yard
Experience Austin like a local in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house that is family friendly-- because it's our multigenerational family home! The bedrooms feature 2 full beds, 1 twin bed + 1 twin trundle/pull out bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a TV, washer and dryer machine, WiFi, heating, A/C, and more. One bathroom equipped with a bathtub, the other with an easy access shower with grab bar. The outdoor porch and back deck include benches, tables and outdoor furniture, as well as a grill. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place!

Leave key in lockbox using same code for check in

About the host

We are a multi-generational family from Poland, Scotland and Texas. We spent a long time living in Austin. This is the family home we stay at when we're in the US. As such, it is not run by a nameless vacation property manager. We rent it as a family, and we're very attentive to our guests needs, so if you find something amiss, please reach out ASAP. We're currently based in Poland, so we appreciate knowing if there is an issue, so we can troubleshoot accordingly with our network there.
Why they chose this property
The home is based in the Central, East Austin location-- just a few miles east of the Capitol building as the crow flies. Within walking distance at Springdale General are coffeeshops, a bar, some food spots, and at Airport Blvd and Springdale, is our favorite family-run taco trailer, La Libertad.
East Austin is one of the more diverse areas of Austin, as it used to be segregated under Jim Crow laws. As such, we respect the neighbors who have been there long before us. If you're looking for a whitewashed vacation spot, this is not it. :)

What makes this property unique
Our back deck is the perfect spot for outdoor dining and hosting-- it has a table and outdoor furniture as well as wall mounted fans. We also have a front porch for watching sunsets. We have 2 parking spaces available within the gate, 1 of which is covered, the other is under a tree.
