Brand new 3-bedroom house with Pool and Spa in The Villages

Vacation Home with luxurious spa & pool! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom brand new build vacation home has a beautiful spa and pool creating a vacation like hotel experience! Look no further you have found the place you want to stay!

Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.

Pets: Approval for Pets will be on a case-by-case basis. Small dogs permitted.

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Heated pool: Please note that when daytime temperatures drop below 65°F and nighttime temperatures range between 25°F and 55°F, the pool heat pump may struggle to maintain your desired water temperature. This is especially common during the unpredictable winter months in The Villages. We hope this ensures your swimming experience is enjoyable no matter the weather!

Excellent property! The best part was the backyard was private with pool and spa. Hosts were fantastic. Showed up the property and all The Villages have to offer. We would love to rent this home again. We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed every minute.
