Escape to tranquility at our century seaside home in Chéverie, Nova Scotia. Built in the 1800’s, this home is filled with charm and a few quirks to remind you of its age. Nestled atop a bluff with panoramic views of the Minas Basin, experience picturesque sunsets and the highest tides in the world right from the hot tub!

Our cozy seaside stay comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two spacious king suites and offers:

No glassware in the hot tub or sauna, please shower off all body oils before entering. Specific towels are provided for these activities.
Please stay within property boundaries and be mindful of neighbors (see photo in welcome booklet upon arrival).
All guests/pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Undisclosed guests/pets will result in a fee of $150/night.

We had a fantastic stay at By the C! Tricia and Luke were such thoughtful hosts. The house was beautifully decorated, the ocean view was incredible, and the front seating area was the perfect spot to relax and spend time together as a family

Immaculate home, beautifully furnished. Loved cooking with the bay of Fundy right outside the window. Hot tub was a favourite way to end the day!I would say that the location is a bit far if you are exploring the western north shore - but we loved the remoteness and peace. We would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Chéverie is a small, peaceful rural Nova Scotia community with incredible views and surreal sunsets. Relaxing walks along the ocean floor when the tide is something we love doing in this area. The community is surrounded by many neighboring areas (most within ~1 hours drive) that offer lots of great local activities whether is visiting a winery, enjoying a round of golf, walking the beach or tidal bore rafting!
