At first glance everything seemed ok then we realized keurig was not there like advertised in photos small detail but we planned on having it.. then any outlets in the kitchen did not work couldn't use microwave or kettle or anything unless took to another room.. and the beds were rock hard like sleeping on a hardwood floor.. the downstairs was cold didn't seem to ever heat up..

ProsLocation: the house is just a few kilometers from the park's East gate. It's on a river and has a dock. It's also within a few hundred meters from the LCBO and grocery store. The town, Whitney, has a nice beach park and a couple of places to eat plus a bakery.House: big enough for 5 adults to congregate or find a quiet space. Good kitchen. ConsHouse: no AC. We knew that going in, but still. The beds are ridiculously hard. Although renovated on the inside it's mainly lipstick. Uneven floors, front door doesn't seal, the deck, while large is in need of reno because of soft boards, splinters.The exterior of the house has siding falling off, storm window falling off. The back yard is overgrown and needs some work. The dock has no entry to the river. You need to scramble down a slope and rocks.And the house had more bugs in it than we have seen before. Earwigs, flies, spiders etc. Not sure why but it might have to do with the front door not sealing and no screen on the kitchen window or deck slider.
