About the host
Hosted by Loren Berthelsen
Hi my name is Loren and I grew up in Aurora. I love cooking, scary movies, and traveling. These days I split my time between Aurora and Palm Springs, CA.
Why they chose this property
I love how walkable this neighborhood is. There’s a large park right across the street with trails for walking my dog, a pool, and even disc golf! We’re also just a few blocks from the historic downtown square with shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The house was built in 1910 and I’m only the 3rd owner! All of the original woodwork is still intact and I love the high ceilings and details like the built in china cabinet. There are two porches so any time of the day you can find a nice shady spot to relax.
