Come bring your family our team and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in the coveted Lakeshore Area. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 5 to 6 comfortably. Home has been fully updated from top to bottom. And has a cute front screened in porch for indoor/outdoor living.
Welcome to your home away from home! Perfectly located off the highway for easy access to all of Jacksonville. Ideal for temporary workers or travelers, our home offers comfort and convenience.
Prime Location: Just minutes from major highways, making your commute a breeze.
Clean & Well-Maintained: Our home is meticulously cleaned and cared for to ensure a pleasant stay.
Affordable Comfort: Priced with temporary workers in mind, offering great value for an extended stay.
House and Backyard
We are very social, however we do respect everyone's privacy. You won't see us during your stay but we are available by text or calls anytime! At NOON, on the day of your stay, we will send you the rules and regulations to confirm. Once confirmed, you will get your door code right around 3pm. We change the door code after each reservation.
Outdoor Safety:
Please watch your step while walking around in the front/back yard. There is steps in front and back of the home.
No Shoes:
*We ask that all guests not wear shoes in the property. Please take off shoes in the front patio.
Bathrooms:
Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products or any type of disposable wipes. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Music:
*No outdoor music is allowed after 10pm.
Banister Railing:
*No leaning or playing on the railing on front/back of the house.
*Please also supervise children in these areas.
Parking:
There is parking in front of the home and side of the home.
Pets:
* Pet must be up to date in vaccines, flea & tick free.
*Guest will always keep pets on a leash when outside the house.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
* No pets on furniture or beds.
NO Parties or Events
*If you would like to host a party or event, please message us and we can discuss an event fee.
Smoking:
NO smoking or smoke fumes inside the home subject to $175 fee.
Do NOT throw cigarette butts, on the front or back yard.
Any damages to home or violations of house rules will result in additional charges.
