Home was as described. Very spacious for our party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Couple of issues. Light switch in master turned on and off the lights in the bunk room and vise versa. Our last night we had a problem with the water heater. Got an error message on the water heater. Notified the mgmt at 11:28pm they let us know that they would send someone out. We waited until 1:02a because they stated someone was on the way. No one came. In the morning mgmt stated that someone showed up, knocked on the door but we didn’t answer so they left. We were awake till about 1:30am didn’t hear anyone nor hear any car. Anyways had to deal with a beeping noise thru the night/morning. My husband had to get up reset something on the heater which would stop the noise for a little bit but then start back up. He did this a few times but then said forget it cause he had to sleep as we had checkout in the morning and he had to drive. Some comments that the prop mgmt made to me were a little rude. Made us feel that they paid the plumber to come out for the call for nothing as the plumber said we did not open the door for him but they had my number and they could have called me. Besides that the house was nice. Nicely furnished. Maybe add a sofa or couch in the living room. The projector is a nice touch and the sound bar was amazing.
