THE POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER 2025 AND WINTER 2025-2026 SEASON FOR RENOVATION.

Breakaway West is Vail's best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). ; free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This 3-bedroom suite features 1472 square feet of living space; two queen and two twin beds and a sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
