Great home located in a secure neighborhood in the Sandy Beach resort area. It is a short pleasant walk to a pristine beach and there is also a nice community pool & hot tub open to use. Our group had a great time here and really enjoyed the house, location & convenience of this home!

Have stayed at this home in past very comfortable. The house needs to be deep cleaned. Beds very comfortable.
we have stayed in this same area several times over the years and we are never disappointed. The house was great....spacious and clean. Close to the beach and safe. We will be back for sure.
We had a great time! The house is beautiful and served all purposes for which it was intended. It is a quick wall to the pool and to the beach; and to our other places to go when down there. We have stayed at condos many times, and the electric stoves had bad burners - but the house has a nice flat top surface - and all burners! That is important if you cook while you are there!It does need some updates - curtains in the bedrooms is a must, especially when sunrise is at 5:30 am! And maybe consider adding an additional mirror or 2 in the master bedroom as the only one is in the bathroom above the sink - a bit crowded with 2 getting ready.A good time had by all!
We had an amazing stay! The neighborhood is very nice, 24hr guards, and the hot tub and pool were great! A short walk to the beach, we brought our two dogs and they loved every minute! It was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stalked with all the untensils you could need, and made it easy to stay and cook 70% of our stay. We will be back!
The transaction of the rental of Casa Blanca was transparent and easy. Victor was very communicative and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer. Will absolutely be returning
It was my buddies birthday and mine as well, we walked in to a Bottle of wine and a Birthday Cake!!! What an amazing welcoming gift that we did not expect. So appreciative!! Beautiful house house with a beautiful view of the ocean from both levels. You will absolutely love this experience and having great host like this. Security gates make you feel safe and only a few minute walk to the beach.
Fantastic week, would stay here again. Only complaint we have is the grounds security. There were 5 families from our town within Costa Diamante and 3 elsewhere in PP. we couldn’t even have friends over HL for happy hour due to security. I understand the need and appreciate it honestly, but there needs to be a process for guests. Nothing to do with our home, just the development. Cheers!

The house was nice but definitely in need of some TLC. Burnt out lights, broken glass in one of the cupboards, and some kinda hole in the front door. It wasn't what myself and other guests would call clean. They say there are towels but just know there were 2 bath towels for each bathroom but no washcloths or handtowels. The 1 washcloth was damp so we didn't know if it was clean or from the last guest. Easy walk to the beach and very peaceful.

Beautiful house but disappointing
The neighborhood is amazing and the house was beautiful but we ran out of toilet paper on day 2. We had 9 people and there was not enough towels so we had to go buy towels. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels on day 3 so had to go buy more. We also didn’t have enough blankets for the beds upstairs. I paid extra to add 2 people and I had to buy all the stuff to stock the house.

Hi Anissa, I am so sorry to read about all the issues you had during your stay, but I am also very disappointed that you didn't let me know of all of these, immediately. If you had let me know, I would have had our people re-stocking the house with everything and you wouldn't have to pay for anything.
Now, you say you were 9 in the house, and the rental price is based on 6. You paid 2 extra people only. We didn't charge you for the third one, but if you let me know how much you pay for the towels, trash bags, and paper towels I will send a reimbursement immediately. My apologies, Victor S.
Beautiful location
The furniture and kitchen items are very dated. Dishwasher didn’t work at all. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Coffee cups all cracked, fry pans very poor condition. Ceiling fan/lights remote all have no batteries. Broken shower floor. No kettle. Glasses on bar have lots of dust.

Dear Rachelle, sorry but your comments on your review are not fair. You arrived two hours earlier when the cleaning lady was still at the house, finishing her job.
And you came in to find a brand-new refrigerator that we installed the day before your arrival.
The dishwasher works fine. The cleaning lady used it after you left and it ran properly. The only thing was the shut off valve in the water supply hose was turned off and we don't know if you turned it off when trying to use it, but it works fine.
You started to come in and out of the house not letting the lady to finish the cleaning and making the floors dirty.
You practically pushed the cleaning lady out of the house, when she was not finished yet.
The cleaning lady had some hand and facial towels in the dryer, and you didn't let her take them out, saying you will take care of that.
Yes, the glasses at the bar were dusty, do you know why? Exactly, just because you did not let the cleaning lady finish her job.
We had ordered a new set of coffee cups before your arrival, but they did not arrive on time, unfortunately. Now we have new coffee cups.
All fry pans are in very good condition, unless you want to have brand new pans every time you arrive to a rental property.
All ceiling fans/lights work with the switches on the walls.
I am going to ask VRBO to remove your review from our listing because it was not our fault the house was lacking some cleaning but what can we do when we have people like you coming 2 hours earlier and pushing the cleaning lady out of the house?

This property has potential. Very pretty home, good location and very close to a really nice beach! Unfortunately, this house needs numerous repairs! The front door is damaged, most of the window coverings were broken, would not open blocking the views of the ocean. The bbq was broken and not usable. (We brought steaks for grilling) The lights in the kitchen kept going off and on although there were no power outages! I also thought the kitchen was poorly stocked. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. But no measuring cups, cookie sheets, colander etc. basically it is difficult to prepare meals. No bbq grill scrubber. Coffee maker needs the flat type of filters. This house would be amazing if was maintained. We still had a great time! Went out to eat for all meals

When we arrived we had problems with the lock box code it wasn’t working and when I called the owner to ask for help he did not answer me on any of the numbers listed nor through the app I had to figure out the code myself by looking at my commitment letter turns out the code I was messaged was written wrong by one number. They also had ants in the front of the house going into the house and we could not access the laundry room which happened to be outside of the house and required a code when they finally called back and we had already successfully got into the house we asked about the laundry room code in which she referred us back to letter but that didn’t have the code or instructions on it as she said it would and the code was not the same for the laundry room but we eventually figured out the extra key on the house key was for the laundry room overall just bad communication more like no communication thankfully we were able to figure it out on our own the ants never got addressed either besides that the house also did not have beach towels, games or throw blanket’s so I would suggest taking your own and the master bedroom sink leaks significantly when using it. Unfortunately I will no longer be renting the house again due to poor communication from the owner even when I booked the property it took a whole week to get a response back about some questions I had.

Responsive Mgmt; needs updating
Overall the place was visually appealing, however for the $$ per night (and we have stayed at many for this price and above) if fell short on the following :
Towels-all sizes -corrected-initially has 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, 4 shower towels- not adequate for family of 5
Dryer- broken
Welcome kit-not there initially; mgmt notified and we received used contents-with little of contents left- your asked to tip housekeeper as this is a service they provide - mgmt should check to ensure lots are left otherwise remove that request
TV - upstairs TV does not have Dish; unusable- 2 local Mexican channels - intermittently
Unpainted patched holes in the wall; unused pictures in living space
Not enough drawer storage in master bedroom; there is a closet to hang thing; but most vacation clothes require a drawer- in my case anyway :-)
Should you decide to rent this house please take EVERYTHING- towels, beach towels, spices, hand towels, dish and dishwasher soap (welcome kit may not be there), and check dryer status - after 60 min cycle clothes were still wet - dried clothes on back rooftop where they could not be seen
The beach was awesome, as always and the local activities/amenities made kept us out a lot which was great.
Although your provided a list of things to bring, many times for properties at $300 or above they are stocked with a few things - please note this is not one of those properties....
The mgmt was nice enough. However this has taught me a valuable lesson of renting at the last minute .

Horrible experience
This past weekend we took another couple down for their first time to Puerto Penasco, and were very excited to show them around and looked forward to staying in a nice house with nice accommodations. Well to start we arrived Friday at 7:30pm which is 3 1/2 hours after check in time. And arrived to a filthy uncleaned house. Dirty dishes all over the counters, beds a mess with dirty sheets, toothpaste allover in sinks, no toilet paper, no trash bags, no paper towels. After unpacking food and bags and leaving for another 3 1/2 hours so the cleaning crew could come in and clean, we came back at 11pm to them finishing up. Then to realize that after having the food in the fridge for over 3hrs The food was starting to get warm. Figured out the fridge was broken and ended up loosing over $250 worth of food. On top of all this the outlets in the kitchen were all broken, no working garbage disposal, no working microwave no working lights (only the ones over the island which flickered), so had to make coffee in the living room. After having a maintenance worker out Saturday morning and verifying that the fridge was definitely broken, the owner was in no hurry nor did they seem to care at all that the fridge was broken and all our food went bad. Issues were never resolved throughout weekend. Would never rent this house again. Ruined vacation

Adrianna, I am very surprised by this review considering the fact that the owners reimbursed you so generously for your stay. The cleaners clearly "missed" the cleaning and showed up shortly after you arrived, and there was an unexpected problem with an electrical circuit (which caused the kitchen appliances to not function correctly). It's Mexico and it happens sometimes because of the electrical surges. You received back 1 of your 3 night's rent, your $250 worth of food, AND your cleaning fee. I'd say that you made out quite well with that! The owners also generously offered you a free 2-night stay in the future!
As you know, the cleaners were there within a couple of hours of your arrival, therefore, you had a clean and well stocked house for the rest of the stay. The electrician came the next morning after you discovered that the refrigerator was not cold enough. Your stay was only 2 days & 3 nights, with four people, and you said that you were able to put most of the food back in the coolers, yet, the owners reimbursed you for 100% of the food you stated you had brought.
The owners have spoken with the cleaning company to make sure they don't miss a cleaning in the future, the electricians have fixed the electrical issue and the owner has personally taken down a new refrigerator.
Adrianna, I'm sure you will agree that the customer service and attention you received while dealing with these issues was top notch. Between myself, the owner of the maintenance/cleaning company and the owner himself, every step was taken to try to ensure that your stay was pleasurable.
Unfortunately, this is Mexico and unforeseen things happen from time to time! Again, we apologize for any inconveniences that were caused and hope you had a nice vacation in this beautiful home since it was practically FREE.
