This quiet end-unit townhome proudly held a 5-star rating for 8+ years, thanks to the wonderful care of the former owners, Jodi & Joseph. We’re excited and honored to carry on that legacy as new hosts. Our mission: Continue providing the same 5-star experience to each guest who walks through the door. Consider this townhome your home away from home while you visit Sedona. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like full kitchen, WiFi, A/C, heating, washer/dryer combo, Pool towels & toys, Yoga mats, books, singing bowl...you'll have everything you need for a fabulous stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Please note: If you are bringing your pup: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total). Pet Fee: $100. Declare you have a pet when selecting guest count at reservation. Thank you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dogs must be potty trained, $100 charge per dog, please clean up after your pet 💩
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. DARK SKY ORDINANCE IN EFFECT - Please turn off porch light at night
If you use the BBQ grill, please clean it after use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pet fees: $100 per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds. Pets MUST be potty trained and are not allowed to be left alone for over 4 hrs.
Please use black makeup wash cloths for all makeup removal.
If the gate remote is lost, there will be a $75 fee.

This was a lovely place, excellent condition with lots of comfortable touches and communication with the host was easy and they were quite thoughtful. I have stayed in the area many times while visiting family and this place is the best I’ve found - I will stay here again!
