The vacation club was great. All the employees were really nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the resort was clean. It was very walkable to all the places we wanted to visit.

Our host was fantastic: informative, helpful when I thought we had a problem, and very friendly!The resort was fun (and beautifully decorated for the holidays)! Our room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the restaurant onsite and appreciated the short, easy walk to Broadway!

Overall, this was a decent place to stay. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was excellent — we were able to walk to most downtown Nashville attractions, which was a huge plus.That said, there were a couple things that were disappointing and should be made clearer in the listing. This is essentially a vacation rental within a timeshare-style hotel, and at check-in there was pressure to sit through a seminar/presentation about becoming an owner. None of that was disclosed in the listing, and it definitely caught us off guard.Also, the photos in the listing were misleading. The room we received was quite different from what was pictured, so it did not match the expectations set online.If you’re mainly looking for a clean, convenient place to stay, it works fine — just be aware that the listing does not fully represent the overall experience.
