The property is exactly as the listing suggests. The home is warm, comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood has many young professionals. The restaurants nearby are amazing. Our only suggestion the grass was very high and needs weekly care. We will absolutely stay there again.

What an amazing home!! My husband and I travel to Nashville every year, this time we had to bring our fur baby with us. What a pleasant surprise to find a home with a fenced in back yard! We also enjoyed the beautiful deck area as well. Comfortable beds, thick towels and great amenities!! Hoping to book this home again next year and moving forward!

Beautiful home that was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, well stocked and the softest bath towels we have ever had at a rental. Hosts were friendly and checked in with us to make sure all was good. Dog friendly with a great backyard our fur babies loved roaming in. Safe area and very close drive to anything you want to do in Nashville. Loved the property. Only downside is that the property backs up to the train tracks. Not a lot of train traffic, but you could definitely hear the trains (after the first night, they did not even bother me). Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!!

We chose this property mostly because it was pet friendly- didn’t have too many other expectations…… but boy diff Gretchen and Eddie knock it of the park with their sweet little house. If I was EVER in the Nashville area, I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Main highlights:1. So cute, clean, and well stocked. 2. SO CLOSE TO ANY AND EVERYTHING!!!!3. Safe neighborhood- constant stream of neighbors out for evening walks. 4. Owners made every part of booking/check-in/check-out effortless. Basically I have nothing but positives to say about our stay.
