It's a shame that we can only give 5 star rating because this place deserves 10 STARS! Our first time to Aspen and we totally fell in love. Rob made it so easy for us and also gave some great recommendations. He is very knowledgeable of the area. Pet friendly guy and very hospitable. He really thought of everything in the unit. It's so well appointed i cant list them all here. But the best part and surprise was heated floors to warm your toesies! 10-15 minute walk into downtown Aspen on beautiful trails that you can just wonder around town exploring. It's truely like a fairytale and Rob is the knight in shining armor! We are already planning a tripback during ski season.

My girlfriend Lorna, who was born in Aspen, and I have lived in Aspen for over 50 years. We live upstairs. The rental is a separate entrance downstairs. Our families have been involved in many local non-profits. Currently, we are involved with the Aspen Valley Ski Club and Aspen Valley Land Trust. My son Bridger is currently a member of the US Alpine Ski Team. He races on the World Cup circuit. He finished 19th at the 2025 World Championships

The east side of Aspen is quiet. You do not need a car. Walk, ride, or take the bus to Aspen. No waiting in traffic at the roundabout or going out of Aspen. Great walking trails right outside the door. An easy and unhurried life that is hard to find in the Roaring Fork Valley.
