Mackenzie Plaza is perfectly situated for your Revelstoke adventures—just a quick 5-minute drive to both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and the vibrant downtown core. The area is also bike-friendly with a multi-use path nearby and year-round access to the Revelstoke Resort Shuttle (also known as BC Transit Route 5), which conveniently stops right at the plaza. On the ground floor, you’ll find handy amenities including a cozy local café called Little Spoon, Arc Liquor, Summit Market, and a drop-in gym, Karve. There's even a co-working space called Revy Remote —everything you need right at your doorstep.
A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided on the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking access.
Experience the warm and inviting atmosphere of this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo suited for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances and an oversized island makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. On the balcony, you’ll find a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a private 2-person hot tub! For those bringing gear, you’ll have access to two secure bike stalls and a dedicated ski locker, so everything has its place.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the second building on the left, building 2, Unit 2309.
HIGHWAY 1 WEST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the second building on the left, building 2, Unit 2309.
Parking: This unit includes one designated stall in the secure underground parkade (clearance height: 8'4"). Due to strata regulations, please note that oversized vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Limited street parking may be available for additional vehicles. The surface lot at Mackenzie Plaza is reserved for patrons of the ground-floor businesses, and unauthorized cars parked overnight may be subject to towing by the Strata.
A snow shovel is available on the deck during winter stays.
