The space

With three air-conditioned bedrooms, soft linens, and two modern bathrooms, Villa Atardecer offers a cozy, well-appointed space to unwind after a day of sun and sea. Open the shutters to let the island breeze drift in, or settle into one of the loungers as the sky turns to fire over the hills.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the private pool, terrace, kitchen, and all indoor living spaces including the rooms you have paid for based on the number of guests. You will always have access to the master bedroom including its private bathroom.

Villa Atardecer is a family-friendly stay with a lpovely private pool perfect for cooling off and splashing around. For everyone’s safety, children must always be supervised by a responsible adult when near or in the pool. While we provide a safe environment, we kindly remind guests that supervision is essential, and we cannot be held liable for any accidents. Let’s work together to make your stay both fun and safe!

Other Things to Note:
- New Neighborhood: Villapark Fontein is still developing, so there may be some construction activity in or around the area. To thank you for your understanding, a 10% discount has been incorporated to the price on the nightly rate, valid until 31 October 2025.
- Deposit: A refundable security deposit of USD560 is payable upon arrival to our property manager.The USD560 deposit serves as a settlement fund for utility charges and tourist tax as explained below. Should the usage exceed this amount, the difference would need to be settled in cash prior to check-out.
Tourist Tax & Utilities
The following are settled separately after your stay:
- Tourist Tax: 7% of the basic rental amount. This 7% tax is applied to the rental rate (excluding Vrbo's service fee).
- Water: USD 11 per m³
- Electricity: USD 0.65 per kWh
Electricity and water are charged based on actual usage. Estimated weekly costs for 2 guests range from ~USD 78 (low usage) to ~USD 139 (high usage), depending on habits like air-conditioning and shower time. The USD 560 deposit covers these costs; any excess must be paid in cash before departure. We do not offer fixed pricing for this reason.
- Housekeeping: For stays longer than 13 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks, with a fee of $75 per cleaning.
