Poplar Estate is in a safe, friendly neighborhood within a 10 min walk to Holmes Lake. Holmes Lake offers opportunities to kayak, fish, & play volleyball, softball fields, and a 3 mile trail. Poplar has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; the Master has a jacuzzi tub as well. There is an electric fireplace and wood burning fireplace. We also offer a workout room with an elliptical and treadmill. Relax on the patio with a glass of wine. A firepit & grill are available. Relax & unwind!

We are Lincolnites and Nebraska Cornhusker fans to the end. We enjoy our time in our Swim Spa, taking care of our chickens, watching baseball, bike riding, and sitting on a beach for vacation. What we really enjoy about hosting is helping others experience and create cherished memories with their loved ones.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is one of the best in Lincoln, in my opinion. It is within a 10 minute walk to Holmes Lake, excellent restaurants like Venue & MoMo Pizzeria, children's activities like Urban Air, and an absolutely friendly & safe neighborhood surrounded by other beautiful homes.
What makes this property unique
Poplar Estate is a place where, I believe, anyone can step inside and feel like they are home. It has a comfort all its own whether you are visiting in the spring for the College World Series or in the fall cheering on the Cornhuskers. We do our absolute best to provide the old style hospitality that used to be everywhere; we want you and your guests to leave Poplar Estate talking about how wonderful the experience was to everyone you know! And we want you to come back as often as possible, so you will find that we do our best whether it is your first stay or 50th, we want it to be the best!
