New Home, Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood

Cozy, new home for the whole family to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. Located near the Historic Havelock area of Lincoln and minutes away from Downtown Lincoln, Pinnacle Bank Arena, University of Nebraska football stadium, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and Southeast Community College. Off-street parking is available behind the house.

The kitchen has solid surface countertops and everything you need to feel at home including a natural gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser. A single-serve Keurig coffee maker with the ability to customize your coffee to a latte or cappuccino will start your day off right.

Relax on the La-Z-Boy recliners and sofa while you stream your favorite show. An Apple TV is provided for you to stream using your own accounts. Board games, cards, and books are available to keep the fun going.

The primary bedroom includes a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bathroom with heated floors, two shower heads, and hair dryer. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with the third bedroom including bunkbeds with a nearby bookshelf full of books for all ages. All the beds include high quality linens. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. Each bathroom comes with soft, oversized towels. Washer and dryer are located downstairs.

This is a great house. We were in town for events at Nebraska Wesleyan University and the location was perfect. As advertised, the house was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was exceptional and the house exceeded our expectations on every level. Really well done. Will be checking in on this place again for future visits to Lincoln.

Adorable Rental House

Loved this house! Very clean, up to date and in quiet neighborhood. Nice amenities, like: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, soaps and many more. Would DEFINITELY stay here again, and hope to if it's available next summer!
