Your stay features a newly decorated home nestled on a quiet street just a block from the Southern Parkway entrance to Iroquois Park.

This warm and welcoming house offers multiple areas for lounging and relaxing, bright kitchen, two comfy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large fenced in backyard for your kids or furry friends. There is a comfortable couch as well for an extra guest if needed.

Comfortable and cozy place to stay! Our hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed walking our dogs nearby at Iroquois Park. We liked the location being convenient to Churchill Downs and thought the artsy decor was unique to the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and very comfortable. It was great to have laundry soap and coffee available to use. It was nice not to worry about parking and i felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great location if you are heading to the Iroquois Amphitheater, was walking distance. The airport and Expo Center are also close. Very clean place and quiet neighborhood.

We had such a great stay here! the area is quiet, i met a couple of the neighbors and they were so friendly! house was better than i expected, loved the decor. AC was on point. back yard and front porch were perfect!! couch was so comfortable and the host was so helpful when we needed! 15/10!!!

Brandon & Alyssa were great! Very welcoming and responsive. Their home was very nice. Clean, well taken care of. It was in a great location for us next to Iroquois Park. We could easily get to wherever we wanted in Louisville. The home is tucked into a dead end which backs up to the golf course so the street is very quiet, even though you are next to a relatively main road. There are some food options around, but the majority of the ones we went to were a 10-15 minute drive usually. The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs so we could let them out with no worries. Overall 10/10 stay for us. Would definitely visit and stay here again.
