Gorgeous Triple Crown winner American Pharoah horse themed  Suite in downtown Jeffersonville!! 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo that has hotel feel. It features remodeled bathroom and recently painted unit.  There are 2 hideway bed couchs so unit can sleep 6.   Host has many contacts for tickets at Churchill downs and all events in the local area!   Unit has washer and dryer.   Game machine in unit that plays all the 1st gen arcarde games.    Full corner kithchen with kurig coffee maker.

Easy parking, easy to get in the rental, and nice rental. Bathroom was especially nice. The only thing I could find that could be improved is the bathroom door. It’s like a frosted glass that you can still sort of see through. If you were staying with friends it might be awkward. Everything else was perfect. We would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

This building was my mortgage company office since 2007 on bottom floor and has monthly rentals upstairs that we turned into short term rentals

What makes this property unique

The horse themes are one big thing that is unique! The barrell game machine is fun to play! The property is close to Louisville and just 10 min from Churchill Downs!! There is also security cameras covering all exterior views on the property for security!
