Cozy Home in Medford

3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with private, fenced back yard. Enjoy a wood fireplace, washer and dryer, flat screen smart tv (no cable tv), streaming subscriptions, fast wireless internet, central heat and air, and piano. Fully furnished with all the creature-comforts of home!

Bedroom 1: King bed with new Tuft and Needle mattress, dresser, and a closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with new Tuft and Needle mattress, small dresser, bookshelf and a closet.

Bedroom 3: Used as an office and craft room. Has 2 desks (one electric standing), printer, and armoire with extra linens. The closet stores an under the desk treadmill and stationary bike that guests are free to use. Does not have a bed, but there is room for an air mattress if you push the desks to the wall (air mattress not included).

Full bathroom: Vanity with double sinks, shower/tub combo, and toilet.

Half bathroom: single sink and toilet.

As this is our permanent residence, most of our possessions will remain in the house for you to enjoy, but we do store personal items in the garage and outdoor shed. Guests have full access to the entire property except these two areas.

For those who may have allergies, we have two dogs who live in the house when we're home. A professional deep clean of the house will be done before you check in.
