No Locals without Host Approval Prior to booking.
Absolutely no locals for overnight stays!!! We do not host locals unless its special event with Host approval
Reservations from local guests are not allowed. If it’s found that you are a local resident without host approval, your reservation will be cancelled immediately.
No smoking inside the house or you will be charged a $500 fee.
No more than 6 cars allowed unless we approve
PETS**** pets are usually not allowed but We may be able to consider your pet under careful consideration of me and my cohost. if we do accept your pet, there will be a pet fee and security deposit charged before arrival. Our cleaners throughly clean the house after departure; if it’s found that you had an unauthorized pet, we will charge you $1000 fee.
CHECK OUT*** checkout is very important in order for us to have the place reset for guests checking in next. All checkout instructions must be followed and home left NEAT and TIDY. If checkout instructions aren’t followed, it will take our cleaners extra time and resources effecting the next check in time. You will be charged an extra fee
PARTIES*** unauthorized parties are not allowed. You will be kicked out for any disturbances, charged a $500 fee and not refunded for your stay . Small birthday parties for kids done inside the house are ok. with Host approval but everything must be done at a low volume and all guests there MUST be on your reservation and everything picked up and thrown out afterwards. Any visitors not on the reservation must be confirmed by me. NO helium balloons allowed!!!!! Ceilings are high and if you cannot get balloons down, it will require special services in order to do so resulting in an extra fee.
