About this property

An entire house located in a quaint little village called Santo António

The house has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two single beds; so 4 bedrooms total. There are 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a loft and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped, where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them before you go off onto your adventures.
Equipment in the kitchen: Microwave, refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster, cutlery and utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, stove and oven.
In addition, we also provide a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board.

Private pool, which is two minutes walking distance from property. However, the outside area is shared with guests from Maria's Haven's other house.

Towels are provided in appropriate quantity to the length of stay, as well as linens. There is wireless internet (WIFI), ample outdoor space with sea and mountain views and off street parking.

The house does not have strict rules: just that you take full advantage of its comfort. I just ask that there is NO smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors and ashtrays will be provided.

Great getaway!

Family trip with a really nice time at Marias Haven

We had such a great time at this beatiful place in summer 2022. The communication beforehand was clear and informational, upon arrival Maria showed us the whole place and gave some useful tips for a good start on the island. She also was there anytime we requested something and it was a pleasure to meet her family. The pool ist just 1min away down the street and gave our kids the best time of the holidays on all afternoons. We will come back some day for sure.

maison, jardin, propriétaire agréable. Piscine à 2 mn propre et agreable. Equipement très complet Maison située proche des centres d'intérêts de la partie Ouest de l'ile, dont la capitale Ponta Delgada Un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt de l'autre bout de l'ile (à l'est) ==> une heure de route pour rejoindre la partie est de l'ile

Family Trip

First of all, all the communication prior to our arrival was really good. Any doubts we had were answered in a matter of hours, and that gave us a lot of confidence we made the right choice. Upon arrival, we had everything ready and perfect for us. A really generous house, and a small meeting where Maria showed us the most beautiful places in S. Miguel. It was a really good experience, and we’re hoping that we can go back.

Um espaço que faz jus a São Miguel

A beleza natural da Ilha de São Miguel complementa as características desta casa. Muito bom gosto na decoração, limpeza e um espaço exterior que fomenta a confraternização entre amigos e família. A piscina encontra-se a 2 min de distância na Casa da Maria, mas é de uso exclusivo de quem aluga a casa. A Maria é simpatiquíssima e certamente ajudar-vos-á a desfrutar da Ilha. Recomendo e certamente voltaremos! Obrigado Maria!

Great times at Maria’s haven

Maria was great she was waiting for us outside and if we needed anything we just left her a note and she took care of it. The house had everything we needed to prepare are own meals and it was a short drive to some really good local restaurants. We definitely will be back

Sehr zufrieden

Das neu renovierte Haus, hatte alles was man braucht. Eine separate Waschküche eine Terrasse zur Straße und einen schönen ruhigen Garten hinterm Haus mit Gasgrill, Holzkohlengrill, Feuerstelle und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool ist ca. 100 m entfernt in Maria’s Privathaus. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Maria unsere Vermieterin war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei Ihr sehr Wohlgefühlt und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
