Great place to stay, and safe. Close to the Music Factory, and to downtown. Beautiful views. I liked it had parking, and it was in a garage so out of the weather. Master bedroom was cool with all the open windows, but it did get toast with the sun (which is understandable). We had a great girls trip.Ash

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Charlotte :-) we caught a Panthers game went to some wonderful restaurants and just enjoy spending time together as a family. The condo had everything and more that we needed!

Location is ok but a lot of people hanging around the parking garage. The building day and night smelled of people enjoying the cannabis life.. just heads up. Every one we met from the building was very nice though.. if you walk one direction, you are in homeless territory but the other direction is nice. If I was traveling with kids, I’d consider getting closer to downtown a bit. Nice apartment and very clean. Met our needs but not for faint of heart

Very uncomfortable mattress in second bedroom; bed not as pictured in VRBO ad. Couch in living room also not as pictured in ad and was not a 2 person sleeper sofa. Kitchen did not have a toaster. Parking easy and secure. Condo was clean, though had to wait 1/2 hour after check in time because housekeeping had not finished.

Great area and perfect spot if you are going to the spectrum theater. It is smaller than the pictures make it out to be . I was told they are remodeling . Definitely need new mattresses. Other than that everything was great.
