Basement suite so can get a bit of noise from above. Not great exterior access - definitely not h/c accessible. Everything inside worked well though. No sports channels on TV. Host was very responsive. Price was reasonable.

Sorry for the noise experienced. We had visitors over for the easter weekend and their dog was a bit too excited which created some noise. There is no h/c accessibility due to construction setbacks from city approval. Thanks.

First opinion all looked fine, alas it was advertised incorrectly.There were no laundry facilities/ washing machine or dryer plus no onsite parking.Regards a long stay we needed the above facilities.We had to ask after first week could we have clean bedding and towels, bedding was wrong of which we reported but failed to receive correct bedding.After 2 weeks we were not offered clean bedding at all thru to end of stay.The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, there was not enough crockery for 4 people, the sofa only sat 2 and table only sat 2, thank goodness there was only 2 of us had there been 4 we would have been in trouble.Summary, this would be ideal for 2 people on short visits two to three days.

Sorry for your concerns. Our property was not advertised with laundry facilities. The property is advertised as 2 bedroom that can take 4 person. We have a 3 seater chair and 2 single chairs. We have hosted 4 person severally with no complains. As for your laundry, I volunteered to do your laundry at request which you did ask me once and i did help in doing your laundry free of charge. I will advise that you read property as advertised before booking. Thanks.
