We prioritize the health, safety & comfort of all guests. Our team follows a thorough cleaning process after each stay.



🚫 No Parties or Events

This is a quiet residential community with strict noise policies.

Noise levels are monitored with a sensor in the living room and in public amenity spaces like the rooftop deck.

1 warning will be given for excessive noise.

A $1,000 penalty will be charged for continued violations and or guests will be subject to eviction per the lease the guest signs.



🚭 No Smoking Policy

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or anywhere on the property.

A $1,000 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.



🚫 No Drugs Policy

No drugs of any kind are permitted on the property.

Immediate removal with no refund if drugs are detected.

A $1,000 fine will be applied for any violation.
