Les grandes terrasses orientées sud et la piscine sont accessibles par 3 chambres doubles les portes de la véranda s'ouvrent sur le salon/salle à manger spacieux et lumineux.
Les journées sont agréables ici. Les étés sont chauds et les hivers doux : le soleil brille environ 320 jours par an.
Vous trouverez irrésistible de passer le petit déjeuner et le dîner sur la terrasse surplombant ce cadre magnifique.
La maison a un ajustement supérieur - dans la cuisine, les espaces de vie, 4 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains (1 en suite). De plus, il y a des toilettes/lavabo à côté du salon principal. Il y a une grande buanderie et un grand parking pour 2 voitures.

Large, beautiful house in a fantastic location

We spent two wonderful weeks here with a total of four adults, three children and a dog. The house is large, well laid out and nothing is missing. We loved the pool and enjoyed the great view of the surrounding mountains every day.

Lovely property in convenient location

Very comfortable well equipped property with a lovely eating terrace and pool. Very well positioned in a quiet residential part of Collioure within easy walking access to the centre. Very supportive owner.

Spacious, well equipped and genorously supplied villa with a genial host owner. The south facing rear terrace and pool which are in sunlight all day are some of this villa's best features. Although the bathrooms are a bit dated, the water pressure and hot water volume are excellent. It is a steep walk up to the villa from the main road to the town centre, while the villa entrance, house and pool are split over 4 levels, so it may not suit those families who have members who struggle with walking uphill or stairs.

Flawless piece of heaven in collioure

Couldn’t fault a single thing about this property, from the advance info Eugene gave us, to the immaculate condition the house is in, to the idyllic setting, the glorious pool and sun terrace, the beautiful plants, how equipped the house is, and even recommendations on lovely restaurants, this villa is stunning, and it suited my husband and I and our 3 kids, aged 7, 9, 11 just perfectly. Miss it already and hope to return again!

Stunning location

We had a really lovely week in the villa. Lovely welcome with provisions in the fridge. The facilities are excellent but the star of the show is the view from the ample terrace. You could happily sit there all day looking at the hills and soaking up the atmosphere. We had three mid-twenties lads with us who thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as did we. The town is very pretty and offers plenty to do. The bathing off the principal beach is beautiful, allowing you to wade out some way and still be in your depth. Wonderful trip to the Terre des Templiers winery. Céret (Museum of Modern Art), the Orgues at Ille sur Tet and Villefranche de Conflent all very much worth a visit.

Lovely hacienda with a view of the hills

This is normally out of my price range, but we really wanted to give the kids a pool holiday. I would definitely recommend it if you can afford it. The house is well presented, well kept, well stocked and well planned. To top it off, it has great views of the Pyrénées-Orientales. I really felt at home and Eugene called to ensure we were well settled and gave us tips to make our stay more fun. The fridge was already laden with goodies to help us start off well. From midnight swims at the beach to a lovely walk through an olive grove up to the moulin; Collioure has it all. The food is also outstanding. Book in advance for the good places. In short, really made our holiday outstanding.

Super vacances à Collioure

Eugene a été très présent et disponible pour nous accompagner dans notre voyage de vacances et notre installation en famille. A large slice of Collioure Heaven

An outstanding property with immaculate facilities. Everything as expected and available.....The family had the best holiday of their lives ably and courteously supported by Eugene. Two minor issues.....poor internet connection and the use of taxis needs to be encouraged for return up the hill, parking in town being nearly impossible. Thank you immensely for letting us use your house, we hope to be returning in the future.

Wonderful

This was our second time staying here and we were delighted again! We have never stayed anywhere so well equipped! If you can think of a useful item to have on holiday/in the kitchen, this house will have it! Lovely cool bedrooms ( a/c worked well even in high season ) - lovely views - surrounded by vineyards and hills, and with lots of greenery on the property too. Gorgeous, good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols/shady areas on the south facing pool terrasse. Eugene is easily contactable and really helpful with any needs/issues, and to advise on things to do. The walk into Collioure is about 1km - bear in mind that to get such lovely views, there needs to be a climb uphill on the way back from town: we managed it despite being not very fit, and for the less fit there are taxis, or you could hire an electric bike or scooter! Collioure itself is gorgeous, with culture, art shops and galleries, amazing restaurants, beaches and watersports, and of course the castle, and there are so many other beaches/coves for snorkelling along the coast in this area. Highly recommended.

A very nice villa with lovely views

The villa in Collioure is very well equipped, and the views from the terrace are fabulous. The pool was cool and welcoming during the day and the a/c in the bedrooms ideal for the warm nights. Onsite parking and easy access to the town centre and nearby beaches.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable agrémenté d'un très bon service (ménage, entretien ). Les points forts : la piscine, le BBQ, la terrasse, la climatisation dans les chambres, une bonne literie , la vue, le parking assuré. Les points faibles : beaucoup d'escaliers, une situation un peu loin du centre à pied (il manque une chariot pour ramener les courses du marché ). Au total, une belle maison confortable où nous avons passé de très bons moments. Merci Eugene.

We love Collioure, the athmosphere, old cobbled streets, lovely shops and restaurants, no high rise buildings, great swimming and very interesting outdoor market twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday mornings)

What makes this property unique

The house has stunning views over the vineyards. The south facing terrace has sun all day. You will rarely eat inside. Very quiet and tranquil.
