Charming 2 bedroom cottage nestled in Warrenville, South Carolina. Located 3 miles from Aiken’s historic equestrian community and 12 miles from Augusta- home of the Masters. This updated cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and modern full bathroom with handicap accessible shower. It comfortably sleeps 6 and you will have the whole house to yourself. In true Southern fashion, take full advantage of one, or both, porches. Enjoy a meal on either porch while taking in the views of the private fenced in yard and gardens. We can’t wait to welcome you to our cozy treehouse cottage!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow all clean out procedures as they are minimal and a fee of $100 or more could be applied for failing to comply.
A late check-out fee of $50 will be charged for all unauthorized late check-outs after 11am.
If you bring a dog(s), please ensure that both yards are clear of any and all dog droppings!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It’s really convenient to historic downtown Aiken and horse country! Great restaurants and shopping!
What makes this property unique
Although it’s not a real treehouse , it feels so cozy and has great energy just like a treehouse! It’s a historic home built in the early 1900’s with original hardwood flooring and shiplap all throughout the home!
