Beautiful space and even better views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for a small family - condo was impeccably decorated and had all amenities. The views were great too. We loved watching the charter boats leave in the AM and come in during the afternoon.

What a View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing for any renter to know is that this is a 3 bedroom that is being rented as a 2 bedroom. The master bedroom is a lockout and it is on the water side. There are no end tables in the living room, which may sound petty but there is no were to sit a drink except for the coffee table that is in the middle of the room. The most disappointing thing about this rental is that the gate to the waterfront is locked and the renters do not get a key. We switched from our regular Truman Annex rental because we wanted to walk to Mallory Dock along the waterfront, which we were not able to do. The carpet in the bedrooms either needs to be cleaned or replaced. We still enjoyed our trip, but it would have been a 5 star stay if not for these issues.
