Key West is awesome

Excellent location, quite complex. Walking distance from end to end of Duval street, waterfront beach and plenty of close restaurants. Parking is horrible you will need to be creative and aggressive but not disrespectful of the locals.

Beautiful condo situated within a quiet complex

Have just returned from a 10 night stay at this condo and was very impressed. Very clean and clearly well maintained with all the amenities you’d expect and more! Situated in a quiet area on the second floor it really was a pleasure staying here. Compass (rental company) were in hand if required and provided an excellent level of service throughout the biking process and during our stay. A car parking space is provided which was useful and thank god for the air con!!

The most handsome 1 bed room condo in Truman Annex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is lovely and has beautiful mill work and built-ins. The kitchen and bathroom are tasteful and appear brand new. One drawback is the noisy owner across from the front patio. She talks loudly during quiet hours. She also had grandchildren visit who were outside yelling from dawn to dust. On the backside of the unit is a neighbor with an air conditioner that sounds like a plane taking off. The unit is gorgeous but the neighbors are less than one would desire.

This unit was in the perfect location to everything we love to do and had everything we needed! It had two balconies, a fully stocked kitchen and so much more!

Great location, disappointing unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the unit left much to be desired. Upon arrival, it was SO hot in the unit.The toilet was running every 5 minutes and every time the tank refilled, it sounded like jackhammers were going off in the wall. Maintenance came to fix the toilet flap, but didn’t replace the valve that made the entire place rumble. It only happened when we flushed after his visit, so it was bearable and we don’t want to make a fuss. The bigger issue was the heat. Every time we would come in for the evening, it was a sweltering 80+ degrees. The battery on the thermostat was low, so it was hard to see the screen. We thought maybe we’d done something wrong. By the time we figured out that the actual thermostat was resetting itself to 86 degrees all by itself everyday, it was the weekend and the office was closed with no answering service. Super annoying.We have stayed in other units in this complex before and never had any issues. This visit was the most expensive and most disappointing.I would recommend this property, but can’t recommend units maintained by Compass Realty. *Also, their requirement to pick up and drop off keys with nowhere to park during the process certainly didn’t make things any easier.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not one of the better properties we have stayed in. The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been. The microwave tray was not cleaned and there was grease on the stove. The furniture was not comfortable, the decks were not appealing and thewalls had not sounding proofing. One night in the early morning hours we heard the neighbors throwing up, another early morning we heard them arguing and another early morning they were singing.

You can easily walk to Fort Zach but I would suggest you bring some beach chairs if desired as the ones provided were in need of upgrade. Also cooking equipment and bed linens were lacking from the previous year. With that said we booked again for next year and hope the 25 percent increase will help rectify these minor issues.
