30 Minutes to San Francisco, Great location at Mid of Bay Area, Family-Friendly

Our fully equipped condo, previous KB model home purchased in 2014, is perfectly located in the heart of the Bay Area for easy commuting to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Walking distance to train/metro (BART). Close to major freeways and bridges. Lots of shopping, restaurants, business and entertainment venues. Living space is approximately 1726 square feet. Gourmet kitchen with large island that opens up to the beautiful furnished living room. Large flat screen Sony Smart TV with Cable TV/Apple TV allows for entertainment and relaxation. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed and it’s own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a day bed with a twin size mattress. Each room has a large desk and spacious closet. There is an office in the first floor which could be used as the fourth bedroom for a large group. We'll provide a queen size airbed upon request. Two car parking is available in the garage as well as parking on the street near the home.
