House was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to all downtown restaurants and bars. Host was quickly responsive to a couple issues which arose. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We've stayed in this building once before and it's great each time! The area is bustling at night and near a fire station and a train, so it isn't quiet but it's cute, pet friendly and close to places we like and friends of ours, so we enjoy staying there! The apartment is nice and comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is a very stylish unit. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very comfortable. It's in a very good location close to lots of great restaurants. It is close to the railway, so you can sometimes hear the trains as they pass by. There were some minor issues with the place, but the owner was super responsive and took care of it right away. I would definitley stay here again.

We arrived late Thursday and stayed until early Sunday to visit Duke, UNC, and NC State. Good location, comfortable beds, good internet a bit slower in the back of the house. Clean and thoughtful touches, coffee, tea, sugar cream, extra tooth brushes etc. Only thing that could improve is the shower which had really low water pressure. Nice restaurants within walking distance which made it feel more like a vacation.
