We can not express our satisfaction with this rental experience enough. Location and amenities made us choose the home but across the board A plus. We will hopefully be returning next year!

The property was beautiful and clean. The house had everything we needed. The communication with host was great till check in time and we were not able to get code to get in the house till 1.5 hrs after check in time and calling several numbers and talking with 2 different people. That was the only issue we had and apologies were made. We would stay again!

Property management was awesome and very attentive. The house was very clean! Views were excellent!The owner pays for the cheapest AC unit. If you stay in the main house you will sweat in bed at night. They set the limit AC to 72F. It is uncomfortable. The mother-in-law room is very comfortable bed and cold AC but there is absolutely no water pressure in that room. This is actually an issue. You own an estimated 5mm property and you don't have water pressure in the separate room??? This is a bait and switch or you are so stupid you dont know. Wont soend my money there again

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The property is in an amazing location, the outdoor living area was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and created many great memories there.There were, however, a few issues that impacted our experience. Unfortunately, there was no drinkable water available in the main house for the duration of our stay. As a result we ended up buying three cases of water in order to have it to drink. In addition, the cabana house never had hot water and the shower water pressure was extremely limited.Since our reservation clearly indicated that we would have nine guests and that three people would be sharing one of the bedrooms, it would have been helpful to have access to the necessary bedding upon arrival. We would also recommend keeping a few extra sets of sheets and pillowcases readily available for guests.They may also want to include a note in their guest information regarding jellyfish in the area, as they were quite prevalent during our stay and future guests would likely appreciate the heads-up.Despite these challenges, we thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the outdoor spaces and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful well maintained property. Excellent location. Only negative is the amount of some species of jelly fish that reside in the bioluminescent bay. But loved the calm waters of the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking.
